Collection of Information: iqueer collects two types of information from its online visitors: anonymous information and personal information.
Anonymous information: includes information about our visitors that doesn’t identify them personally in any way. Examples of this kind of information include the number of visitors we get to the site, how many times a file is accessed, what kind of browsers our audience uses and what time our audience visits the site. This information will appear in statistical form without any information capable of identifying individual visitors being attached. Because anonymous information doesn’t convey any personal information, iqueer doesn’t explicitly seek permission for its collection.
Personal information: includes any information capable of identifying the individual from which that information was gathered. Typically, this information is gathered using an online form, which requires the visitor to enter information and then actively submit it using a ‘submit’ button. iqueer considers that the clicking of such a button constitutes consent for the information’s use to fulfil the purpose for which the information was provided.
Disclosure: There will be occasions where it will be necessary for iqueer to disclose personal information to third parties. The law may require iqueer to disclose personal information to third parties. iqueer will only disclose information in this way when there is a clear legal requirement to do so. iqueer may need to disclose personal information to a third party that is required to fulfil the purpose for which you submitted the information, such as to process a product order you’ve submitted. iqueer may need to disclose personal information to those staff or agents necessary to fulfil the purpose for which you submitted the information, such as to consider a request for an audition. Only those staff absolutely necessary for this purpose will receive information in this way.
Storage of Information: iqueer will only store personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was submitted. After this time, it will be deleted. iqueer will take steps that are reasonable for an enterprise of its size to ensure personal information is stored securely.
No Sale of Personal Information: iqueer will not sell or receive payment for disclosing personal information.
Anonymity: The site’s contact forms and forums require a valid email address. You may choose to use a pseudonym, but false email addresses should not be used. iqueer does not respond to anonymous messages.
Access and Correction: If iqueer has stored personal information about you, iqueer will make reasonable efforts to make that information available to you if you request it for the purposes of checking and making corrections should there be any errors.
